Terms & Conditions

Use of the BigWheel IT Developer OS portal.

Last updated: 14 June 2026. By accessing the BigWheel IT Developer OS portal, submitting an application, sending a contact request, or signing in as a developer, you agree to the following terms.

Use of the platform

The BigWheel IT Developer OS is operated by BigWheel IT for the purpose of managing developers, agreements, projects, payments, and delivery. You may use the platform only for activities authorised by BigWheel IT and consistent with the role assigned to your account.

No unauthorised access

You may not attempt to access accounts, projects, files, or settings that are not assigned to you. Probing, scraping, brute-forcing, or otherwise abusing the platform is prohibited and may be prosecuted.

Developer applications

Submitting a developer application does not create an account or grant any access to the platform. Applications are reviewed by BigWheel IT admins, and acceptance is at BigWheel IT's sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, assignment to a project, or any compensation.

Confidential project information

Project briefs, source code, repositories, screenshots, technical handoff information, messages, payment ledgers, and admin notes inside the portal are confidential to BigWheel IT and the applicable client. You agree to keep this information confidential, not reuse it, and not share it with third parties without prior written consent from BigWheel IT.

Intellectual property

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all work performed under a BigWheel IT agreement — code, designs, documents, and deliverables — is owned by BigWheel IT or the applicable client. The full ownership transfer is conditional on final payment as described in the developer agreement.

Marketplace direction

BigWheel IT may, in the future, expose certain portal functionality to a broader audience (developers, clients, or both). Any such exposure will be controlled by per-project, per-screenshot, and per-developer visibility flags managed by BigWheel IT admins. No functionality is exposed publicly without explicit admin opt-in.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. BigWheel IT does its best to keep the platform secure, available, and accurate, but disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigWheel IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

BigWheel IT may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including for violations of these terms. Termination revokes platform access and access to any client systems (including GitHub repositories) granted in connection with assigned work.
